What is erased: your sign-in, email, phone, address, date of birth, preferences, marketing choices, loyalty points and membership level, chat conversations, and every device signed in to your account.
What is kept: if you have stayed with us, the name and identity document in our guest register and the financial records of your stays, which the law requires a hotel to keep. They are no longer linked to a way of contacting you. See our Privacy Policy.
Before you start: an account cannot be closed while you are checked in, have an upcoming booking, have money in your wallet, or have a laundry order in progress.

Signed up with Google or Apple? You have no password with us — delete your account in the app under Account → Delete Account, or contact us and we will close it for you.
